We not only aim at accounts receivables’ recovery for our client, but also preserving their goodwill and credibility. We will provide training to all collectors, so that they can abide by the rules and regulations of Hong Kong Monetary Authority and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. The well-trained collectors are conversant with the relevant knowledge, especially conversant with the Code of Banking Practice, the Basic Laws of HKSAR and other Hong Kong financial law, so that all our recovery action can proceed efficiently and legally while our clients’ reputation is protected at the same time.
  The functions of our team also encompass customer service, regular contact with our clients, providing general operation report and dealing with complaints.
