All dialogues between collectors and debtors or third parties are monitored daily to ensure that professional collection service is provided without jeopardizing our clients’ reputation. We will inform debtor about the recording of all telephone conversations in the first dunning letter.
CCTV Equipment and Digital Camera：
A professional security CCTV equipment and system is put into use in and around the office, so that the management can monitor the collectors to process under the regulations instantly, and it also makes us avoid the disclosure the confidential data to the third party.
While visiting, the digital camera is used to take photo and take tape record proof.
